This approximately 147m ² large family home on the hillside has planned a young family with me, who was pregnant with her second child. As a room program, the couple on the ground floor wanted an open living / dining area, a separate kitchen, a guest room, a guest bathroom with shower and a storage room. In the attic I should plan two equally sized children's rooms, a master bedroom and a family bathroom. The basement should contain a garage, the utility and technical room and a hobby room.
The couple simply wished for the exterior design of their new home, with a black roof, white plaster and dark windows.
The couple was very important to live in a bright living / dining area with large windows. Especially towards the garden an almost room-wide, fixed window element should be planned, as a kind of conservatory.
