The housing project was not easy after approval of the main concept plan 7-10 additional changes were made which did not change the overall appearance but required a constant change in working drawings and partial visualization.
The visualization was done by Katerina Dubovik – the @ 2d3d_design school project is our idea with her and she also teaches 3dsMax courses.
All working documentation frame visa and a virtual 3D model for mobile devices are created in ArchiCAD.
The feature of this project was convertible furniture. For example an extra double bed is placed in the living room which is hidden in a cupboard.

Another important feature of the project was the full compliance with Russian and even Moscow refurbishment standards.
