That is if he takes an order – a one-room apartment with an area of 40 square meters he will earn from 10000 rubles.

It is difficult to say for sure about the timing of such an order since all people are unique and work at different speeds. On average a beginner renderer may need to work on a one-piece from a week to two.

If we proceed from the fact that a beginner visualizer will be happy to make 2 odnushki per month without races then his earnings will be from 20000 rubles / month. This is subject to part-time employment.

✅About 2 months with regular execution of orders the income of the visualizer increases to 300-400 rubles / square meter. The speed of work is also increasing. And already the same odnushka with an area of 40 square meters comes out from 12000 to 16000 rubles. And the terms of its visualization according to the technical task from the designer are reduced to a week.

That is performing visualizations of four one-room apartments per month a specialist earns from 48000 to 64000 rubles / month. Which is already significantly higher than the average salary in most cities in our country. But the limit is not yet in our field.
