This single-family house with a total of almost 148 m² living space has planned a family of five with me, who had the luck, apart from the parents house to separate a portion of the property and build their dream house there.
As a room program, the family on the ground floor wanted an open plan living / dining area, a separate kitchen with dining counter and adjoining supply, the utility room, a separate utility room and a guest bathroom. In the attic, I should plan three children's rooms, a master bedroom and a family bathroom.
The exterior of their new home was wanted by the family with a black roof, white plaster and dark windows.
It was very important to the client that her dream home, as a colorful "eye-catcher", gets a red front door.
