This nearly 183 m² large family house has also built a family with three children. In the course of the planning talks, however, this couple decided to take the master bedroom down to the ground floor in order to be able to plan the children's room in the attic a little bit larger. With every house planning you first have to get a picture of the room program of the individual floors, the m² of the individual rooms and the m² of the entire floor. It does not really make sense to plan a loft with 100 m² and the ground floor only with 70. With three children's rooms and master bedroom, it is therefore often, as with this planning, that the master bedroom is placed on the ground floor.
In addition to the master bedroom and the parent bathroom, we have a spacious living / dining area with a separate kitchen, a guest bathroom and the utility room on the ground floor. The attic thus belonged entirely to the three children, each with its own children's rooms and a bathroom.
The family wanted the exterior design of their new home with a black saddle roof, cream-colored plaster and white windows.
Every person is different, so each home is different.
Which layout would you prefer for three children's rooms? All bedrooms on one level or rather the master bedroom on the ground floor?
